I am a student of 11 commerce. I and my brother are good at studies. My neighbour threaten us that they will file a case against us and spoil our future. They had already filed a case that had been quashed by the court. Now they threaten to file another case so give me the advice to protect myself and what precautions I can take?

On What basis your neighbour is going to file case against your? He is using your innocence that's it. First you go and complaint the police about his harassment.
