Dear Bikash Firstly, It is advisable to send a written request through mail, what app, msg,to your friend demanding dues amount. If your friend acknowledge the same this will be a strong proof against him and in your favour. If he denies and you want to go to litigation the only option is available to you that send him a legal notice demanding money through advocate and he fails to to do so file civil suit ( summary suit) to recover your dues. There, you can submit all evidences i.e. Written demands/audio/google payment etc. This will definitely go in your favour.

Threaten him that you spoil his image on social network and among friend circulars. Make him know that you are posting letters to his employer and his all friends
