I know a person who is working in a college as HOD. He is having 2 FIR on him. Both IPC 420 and 506(ii). Also, many cheating cases pending in police stations. That professor's elder brother s a womeniser, he is getting the old student girls mobile through the professor. They are blackmailing them for some reason and get money. This s not a college issue, this will not be known to the college also. So both of them are safe and good to the society. The professor is such a criminal with no evidence. It's waste giving complaints to the correspondent because he supports that professor always whenever we complain about him, and also in this issue we don't have any evidences. But I don't want a professor with 2 fir's with a criminal background. What should I do?

Though the society at large may not be knowing but such parasites must be brought to the public notice. Obtain the certified copies of the FIRs and get the Complaint filed through someone else if you are not interested to come to the fore. The question of moral turpitude has got to be brought to the notice of the management of the college. Get it done. You have a good case and you will succeed. 1. you can approach the concerned police regarding the matter, 2. you can submit a representation to the college to suspend/dismiss the professor since two FIR's are pending against him, (send copy of the representation to the University, HRD ministry, Home Minister, PM)
