We got notice of hearin from L.A in 2015 under NH ACT 1956 .We have 5.5 decimal of land & we have a land selling deed of Rs 29000 per decimal land .what amount should we get for that area of land from them.

You will get minimum that price if the deed is of the same year as price, then interest, solatioum and development costs if any as compensation.

according government rules it will be as per DLC rates of land. DISTRICT LEVEL COMMITTE decide it .and you can be found it in sub registration office in your area.
