Legal Help To Go Through The Sec 34 Process In The District And Session Court

I have been cheated by a Securities firm who have done Unauthorised Trades in my account during Feb and Mar 2019, and put me to huge losses, completely disproportionate to my financial capacity and risk-taking ability. I had complained to NSE, Raipur, Chhattisgarh as per the SEBI-instituted process. Over the last about three years, out of 3 levels (IGRP, Arbitration Tribunal and Appellate Tribunal), at 2 levels (1st and 3rd) – I have received the Awards in my favour whereas at 2nd level, Arbitration Award went against me but was quashed and set aside by the Appellate Award at the 3rd level so the final Award till now (3rd level) is in my favour. But the Securities firm refused to comply with the 3rd level Award, and by using Section 34, took the matter to the District and Session Court of Raipur, Chhattisgarh on 13th May 2022.
