    if arbitration pass order then they had to file execution petition in the district court this the procedure arbitration cannot pass order of attachment this is foolish and they are fooling you immediately move to high court and get stay still if you have doubt call*Phone*

    arbitrator can not pass any orders without giving notice to you, probably the notice would have gone to your last known address to them if so the the notice issued deemed to be served. arbitrator does not have any authority to direct the police to seize anything as it is not a court.it is only a recovery tactics to recover the balance due from you.

    sir I think they are fooling you, when an arbitration proceedings take place a notice is issued to you to file your version thereafter order is passed and the order is intimated to you, further the police cannot get a warrant for seizure of things it only the designated recovery officers who can seize the movable properties after they receive the attachment warrant, so in this case better verify and ask them to give no dues certificate immediately on spot when you pay the amount as they will again try to recover extra amount after paying, hence better settle and pay and get the no dues certificate on spot or else don't pay.
