Dear Sir, Recently Supreme Court says that nobody can prevent an employee from rejoining from his job.
Notice period Bond is valid.. Legal action (claiming lumpsum) will follow... Think twice.. before u act.. However if there is any favourable aspect in appointment order you may resort to it.. for further assistance plz book for consultation..
