Ashok and suresh enters into partnership deed in September 82 as partner and there firm called AK synthetic. In December 82 they bought a land from lease agreement with Ricco in the same above names. In 2004 ashok and suresh enters suresh brother rajendar in only partnership deed as 80% share and 10% share each lying with ashok and suresh. no amendment has done yet in lease agreement till date how ashok will get his rights legally?

if therer is arbitration clause in deed you can invoke arbitration proceedings.
