Water resources department Maharashtra file civil case for recovery of Rs. 500000/-, but as per the direction of High Court matter in arbitration, arbitrator gives award Rs. 5000000/- to my side. So WRD Maharashtra file case in the district under arbitration act 34, the case is since 1996 in court then another 30 years for completing the case, I have perfect evidence or documents then I want to know can national human right commission help me, because my father works as contractor but father was dead, now firm in name of my mother. So what can I do? Please help me.

no NHRC or SHRC can't paas any order as the matter is already in court

NHRC can't pass any Judicial orders for giving directions to Judiciary. The best way to approach High Court for issue of directions to speedy disposal within 8 weeks.

You need to contest the case, if u r (ur mother) impleaded.. If u r interested for early disposal u can approach high court for expeditious disposal. But hope u don't want it.. besides there is nothing to do with human rights commission in civil cases.. for further assistance plz book for consultation..
