    NHRC can't pass any Judicial orders for giving directions to Judiciary. The best way to approach High Court for issue of directions to speedy disposal within 8 weeks.

    You need to contest the case, if u r (ur mother) impleaded.. If u r interested for early disposal u can approach high court for expeditious disposal. But hope u don't want it.. besides there is nothing to do with human rights commission in civil cases.. for further assistance plz book for consultation..
