Wrong Filing Of Case

A contempt case has been filed against me wrongly. During the hearing, the matter was argued for some time, & Hon'ble Judge was not inclined to entertain the Petition. The advocate appearing on behalf of the Petitioner, on instructions by Hon'ble court withdraws the Contempt Petition. During the entire course, I had to run around 8 times to Mumbai High Court. I had paid for my travel, lodging & boarding. I suffered a heavy cost. Can I claim the cost which I have suffered due to this wrong case filed on me?
