I have separated from my husband.. not yet divorced.. I have rheumatoid arthritis.. I have 2 girl child, 3 and 8 year old.. the second child has development delay.. can I seek court asking for elder one to be with father... during Saturday and Sunday two days alone can I have my elder one other day with her father let her be.. I want to give full concentration on younger child and make her to overcome the issue.. my husband is not accepting for this.. he need both kids either to be with him or me... my concern is if I give elder child custody to my husband can i take my child only during week ends and other school holidays.. we are staying in 8 kms radius.. will court allow 2 days with me and other 5 days with her father.. I'm in Chennai
