I and my husband separated for 4 yrs now..and applied for divorce. In Islamic law we got a divorce but in court, the case is going on. From the date of separation he doesn't provide even a penny either for my kids or me. My sons are aged 11 and 8. Now I am using my name for my kid's initial and my sons also wish for it. In the future can I use only my name for my sons. Is that possible and also I need only divorce no need for any compensation for me and my sons. I am solely taking care of them and I will in the future too. He is a lawyer too. Since to get revenge he is not giving me a divorce. Reason for divorce he needs only sex nothing else. Abusive words and behaviour. kindly advise please and also I don't have any intention of remarriage.
