My husband and I are not in talking terms since 2months due to his infidelity and domestic violence from his parents...we are planning divorce mean while kid is with me...I am taking care of 5yr boy...I applied for tc in Sindhi High school Bangalore to join him in other school in Andhra.....I signed both signatures and now he is not ready to accept tc....talked rudely to the institution how you can allow with out my consent.... Principal called me and started threatening me (it's a crime to forge signature how can you force decision on other parent, I kept ur tc in hold come and meet me and apologize....)How to get rid of this situation?plz help

Maam making fake signature is offence under eye of law but you can make understand the principal as from what situation you are going on for your child. If suppose any cheating FIR is filed against you then File Anticipatory Bail in court through lawyer as early as possible.

Dear client, You signing your husband's signature is an offence of forgery which is defined under Section 464 IPC. The punishment for this offence can be Jail period upto 2 years and with or without fine. Since, it is a crime, they have to prove that you forged the documents beyond reasonable doubt. If there is no evidence to prove that you will not be punished.
