you can reply to the notice sent on behalf of your wife and clarify that being father you want to reserve your right to meet you children. pause your action at that stage. If your wife files a case, you can ask for visitation rights but not custody as in cases where child is below 8 years, in all probability, court will grant custody to mother unless you show that future of children will spoil if they will stay with thier mother.

Dear Mehta As per Guardian and ward act provisions and other provisions you have right to file application seeking proper and lawful custody of your child. it is noticeable that if the age of your child below 5 yrs then generally custody to the same is granted to mother. In addition to this, you have to file application seeking visitation right. You don't need to reply legal notice received by you rather file an application pertaining to restitution of conjugal rights in the concerned family court of your location. This will make your case stronger. You have to take the aforementioned step as early as possible else situation might be worrisome. For seeking further details kindly contact me.

You are lucky. Just neglect all her letters and notices. Let her go to court for maintenance. See that salary is minimum with all deductions. Please give me Rank 5 and Review my Resume and Follow me if my answer satisfies you
