Dear sir, can girl will demand for Alimony if she has 8 year old child but child living with his Father.Mother is refusing that she will not keep the child with her.Mother is living with her sister and Muh Bola Jija. It has happened 4 times that she comes to her in-laws' house, does not stay for more than 1 month and goes away. Recently mother came after 4 years and stayed for 1 month and went away. But the child has been with his father since his birth. It has been 8 years and child did not live without hia father. I want complete separation, my child's future is getting spoiled.bad side effect may be occur to my children. how do i get out of this.?

Issue her notice through lawyer to come back and if she refused to come back then File Restitution Case in court through lawyer with child visit application. You can File child custody case in court through lawyer.

Dear client, Inorder to get separated, you can apply for divorce or Judicial Seperation. Alimony is in no way related to where the child stays as the alimony is paid to the wife and not to the child.
