    Mrs. Pra G , was your marriage happened against your wishes. you have not explained. Marriages as per Hinduism is not only mating of two individuals but also mating of two minds and two family. In today's world one person salary will not abke run the house hold. What ever li writes you enjoyed before Marriage won't be the same after Marriage . you need to understand that after Marriage you need to it with your Spouse and work out what your family needs and what are your income accordingly you both need to spend. There cannot be that my salary my way kind of things. Instead of thinking ending the Marriage go thru a Marriage Consular shortcut your difference before seeking Legal Remedies . Even after failure of Consoling. you can opt for Legal issues. Once you take Legal action on your marriage life will end . Yes there many law I favor of Ladies as on today together protection from your spouse. But then those options will destory your Marriage. Think over beforehand.     don't forget to draft an MOU before approaching Mutual Divorce, which is the most essential and important part of a Divorce case, some basic points to keep in mind and put in writing through an MOU before filing the petition for mutual consent divorce are custody of kids, distribution of assets (movable/immovable), quash/withdraw of pending litigation if any, Maintenance (present/future), Alimony, mode and time of making the payment, streedhan, future litigation, etc.

    if you want to remain in the matrimonial relationship, then, try to settle the matter amicably with your husband involving elders/relatives/friends etc and start afresh, and if, failed, file Restitution of conjugal rights petition in the Court, and, if you want to terminate the matrimonial knot, then, try to settle the matter amicably with your husband involving elders/relatives/friends etc and go for Mutual Consent Divorce which will be decided in 6-18 months, and you both will be free to live life with your wish, since the tenure of marriage is only five months, therefore, MCD cannot be filed,

    You can amicably settle it with your husband. You can file DV and other Law suit including CRIMINAL cases but ultimately you will also face such litigation harassment. Family issues must be settled in Mediation.
