Inlaws Trying To File Wrong Case Of Eviction. Already Dismissed By DM

In order to acquire the property under influence of his elder son my father in-law has filed a fraud case in DM office under maintenance of senior citizen act stating he is being mis-treated etc and want to evict us. Our mother in law is living with us. The case is already dismissed by DM and even the appellant authority of divisional commissioner dismissed eviction and only allowed him to live with us if he wants. In case they go to district court. What should be our course if action we have video evidence of him threatening, mistreatment and abusing us and leaving house on his own will.
