A complaint can be filed with the Executive Authorities of the area for prevention of the civil rights of Senior Citizens. Your grand parents can file complaint before the concerned police station using the above proofs against their son and DIL. If concerned police avoid / refuse to take complaint, they can send the same through post to ACP, DCP & CP marking copy to their concerned Police station. Further, they can also file suit seeking restraining / injunction orders against their son and DIL from civil court, the same can be filed before Senior Citizens Tribunal at their place.
