Dear Sir, Take him to bank and get tripartiate agreement and then he can be saddled with such liability or simply make him guarantor by removing previous guarantor for the house loan. Please give me rank after viewing my details. Please call me for further assistance.

Dear Client, You can go to the bank for asking him to be the endorsee of the loan. If he doesn't pay the bill, you may sue him or even in a case a bank can also encash it through his collateral. Thanks Please Appreciate
