My relative has taken money from me, returned back a part of it. Now he is ready to takeover my home loan for the remaining due and willing to start paying my EMI till the closure of the loan. what should I do? can i do a good and strong agreement and register? what are legal remedies available to me if he is not paying to bank after agreement? plz advise and help.

make a MOU. Take signed cheque as EMI and put them with you.

Dear Client, You can go to the bank for asking him to be the endorsee of the loan. If he doesn't pay the bill, you may sue him or even in a case a bank can also encash it through his collateral. Thanks Please Appreciate
