After marriage wife is not co-operating with husband and is insisting to go back to mothers home. Husband fears she may trap him under false cases of dowry, torcher, etc. How he can save himself from such act.

It seems that you have no good relations with your wife. Let her go her home and immediately you file a petition for divorce and also show these grounds and cruelty for reasons for divorce.

Go and file an application at the local police station, telling them that my wife may file a false case against me and so please also listen to my side before recording her statement and filing and FIR. Also send a copy of the application to the local police station where your wife stays. This will shield you from harassment.
