Asked in Domestic
Respected sir As per your submission it reveals that this is a matter of tenancy Act However Send legal notice through local lawyer on last known address of the tenant,if notice send on register address it deemed to be served Than You can file suit for declaration removal of belonging of tenant from the premises Suit maintainable before Honourable civil court
Issue him notice through lawyer on his previous address and after service of that notice you can take legal action as per your mind
First of all you must compulsorily write a legal notice to him regarding the termination of his tenancy or according to the rent agreement that was executed between both of you. In that notice only give him some time to respond. And if there is no positive response from the other side then you can always take out his utensils and other stuff and vacate the property and you can also let it to the other party. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.
