I am a student. I applied for the counseling of comedk exam by paying â‚¹5000 as counseling fees. I successfully submitted the documents online but they are yet not verified. Tomorrow is the last day of verification. All my friends have got emails and messages that their documents are verified but I am still waiting. I emailed and called them they are saying that if the documents are not verified till the last date then I will not be allowed to attend the counseling. I have a good rank on comedk exam that's why I haven't applied to many colleges. What if my documents are not verified till tomorrow. Can I send a legal notice or something to them so that they allow me to take part in the counseling? The counseling is very important for me as it will decide my future. Please do reply with a solution

if you are deprived of the counselling, you can serve them a legal notice through a lawyer to claim damages, however, sending a legal notice to do the verification will not be fructify.

Make a detailed representation for getting the document verified it will get the matter resolved. Furthermore, the verification would be got done in view of the forthcoming counselling by the Institute itself. you can send a legal notice but it will be better to move to High Court directly for immediate and proper action if they did not send any e-mail or message
