my father gave a loan to his friend of rs 242000. he is not returning the money. now my father took the matter to police and there the si directed to return the money within 31st october and also said to make deed/agreement regarding this matter. i approached a lawyer regarding this matter and he made a 'Deed of Agreement' and wrote down every clause of what happenned. is the deed correct?
