Hi, I am an employee of a private limited company, and I am enrolled in the company for more than 3 years. I have mentioned my salary structure for your reference. I am being a monthly bonus, but that bonus is not included in my salary slip. Also, for the calculation of ESIC & PF, the bonus amount is excluded. I am being informed that this monthly bonus from the company, as to increase the in-hand salary. But also, the company also distributes EBITDA/Ex-Gratia amount of previous financial year at the end of the current financial year. The employees have not been paid the ex-gratia/ebitda amount for the financial year 2019-20. If I resign from the company, am I eligible to demand for annual bonuses. As I have read somewhere, companies are liable to pay 8.33% of the salary to the employee, and the monthly bonus can not be considered in the Bonus Act. Basic: 9482 HRA: 3612 Other All: 2837 PF: -1800 ESI: -120 PT: -200 Amount Payable: 13811 BONUS: 1750

bonus is payable at annually, 8.33% of basic+da, the employer will pay or disburse once in a year...if company is profitable, if you leave the company, they will pay u all dues amount.....like bonus, gratuity,over time, salary etc
