Dear Client, If the company policy mandates serving of notice period, then it is an obligation over the employee to serve the notice period. It is legally binding in nature. If you want to take leave during your notice period, take approval from HR or or from your manager. In this scenario, try to do an amicable settlement and request your manager or HR to waive the notice period, explain your situation that you are unable to balance work and studies. Request for the return of your original 10th grade certificate. You can help in training any member staff, who can work on your behalf and complete all the assigned task given to you before leaving the establishment. This might convince your manager to waive the serving of notice period.
