I have dropped a proper resignation mail to HR & may manager on 01-Feb-2021 with the reason for a better opportunity, But they are not disclosing the last working date. In the resignation email, I have mentioned that I am serving the official notice period of 30 Days & got acceptance from the HR team. It's going to be one month now & they are not confirming the date of relieving. If I opt to choose the Buy-back option as per offer terms, Do I need to compensate the whole month's salary. As per the offer clause "Notice period of 1 month & can be extended up to 3 months if required, If a person wants to leave early they need to pay 2 months of their salary" After all this, Can the company deny my relieving & experience letter? Please suggest. Thanks in Advance.

You have to scrutinise the situation as you have served the Notice and Your mailing date can be presumed Your date of receipt of notice. Even without this You can opt for buy out options. Dear Sir, The notice term mentioned in your employment term be a certain . It should be define for the fixed period. As it is mentioned that the notice period may extended to 3 months is not valid contract. Please share the complete details of your contract for further advice
