Dear Sir, You may issue a legal notice asking the employer to cite valid reason for the unauthorized deduction. In case the employer fails to respond to the said legal notice and/or the response is not to your satisfaction, you may initiate recovery proceedings under law, as per the terms of your employment contract. sir I have resolved many such matters, in your case first need to send legal notice and then if the company doesn't share you valid reason ,you need to file legal proceeding. Hello Sir If the company is not acting as per the service agreement or the contract between you and the company then you could send a legal notice to the company asking them the explanation for the above mentioned actions of the company, otherwise you would proceed with taking appropriate legal action against the company for not complying with the terms of agreement.
