Employment Agreement / Termination

I have signed an employment service agreement for 2.5 years on 18th September 2017 which completed on 18th March 2020. I have resigned from the company on May 15 2020 and served a notice period of 3 months and completed by 11th September 2020. Now they are asking to sign on termination agreement where they included all clauses which we never agreed upon. My query is: 1) Do I compulsory need to sign this termination agreement though I have completed my service bond period as per agreement. 2) Do the service agreement valid still after completing the bond period if I don't have waiver notice.
