I am an employee, works as an officer, I have been given dual charge for the last 7-8 months after the resignation of the officer of another office. I am in over burden and having mental pressure not being able to execute my duty properly of my own office. I have informed my higher authority but not yet been posted any new or transferred there. In the above context, what should I do please advise, should I submit any medical prescription that I am in mental pressure not being able to sleep.
