Last year the officials issued me ews certificate because my mother and I live in ancestral property which is not divided yet and my father is no more...area of the ancestral property is about 2500 sq ft and grandmother has 3 children so me and my mother will got approx 800 sq ft after dividation..but this year they are not issuing me ews certificate on behalf of ancestral property and said this is not divided so we can not issue the certificate...i have filled all my govt exams last year in ews quota...and luckily i cleared two of the exam and next month is document verification and they ask for the latest one...my query is that why they are not making ews this year...i fall under ews or not??if i am eligible then how to convince that official by legal action??

Dear client, First submit the previous EWS certificate to them and explain them your situation. Talk to concerned issuing authority about your application through previous EWS certificate and ask them for a way out. At the same time, consult a good legal advisor who can help you with the various nuances of your problem.
