I was working in Pune and I left my company in October 2020 and I have pending dues of Rs 12.50 Lacs which includes the past 5 months' salary and last 2 years of Bonus and Incentives. To initiate the matter you need to send a detailed legal notice to the Company. Then approach the Local Labour Conciliation Officer of your area. The matter will be resolved. Otherwise you will be approaching the Labour Court for recovery. You have a good case and you will succeed definitely.
