Genpact Denies Date Of Exit Correction In EPFO Portal

Greetings, I joined Genpact Hyderabad and absconded the next day to join another company. Now the issue is my employment history overlaps in EPFO portal Just for a month. But, now after 5 yrs I have been offered a job from another company and they ask me to get the date of exit corrected in EPFO portal and Genpact is denying to make any corrections even after explaining them the criticality of the issue. Need an advice on how to proceed further. If i don\'t get this corrected I'll be loosing my job offer. Appreciate your advice. Thanks and regards, Mohammad
