Dear Sir, It all depends upon the contents of judgment as to whether you was acquitted by giving benefit of doubt or it was a clear acquittal. To avoid future complications it is better to mention everything in the job application attached to it in separate paper if necessary the copy of the judgment may also be enclosed.
