Hello I was working with BPO and I signed the contract that I will not disclose Client information any where after leaving company I will not reach out the client for 5 years. I worked there for 1 year for us Client after I resigned the job Client was not happy with replacement and Client offered me and I accepted but not my previous employer is saying that he will take a legal action on me . I don't know what to do

Dear client I am sorry to hear about your situation even though the question is not clear but in the given question and to the extend that I have conceived it I can give you advise to go ahead and file a complaint to the head of your previous working place. Moreover you can also go ahead and file case against your employer to you know by police station
