I am working in a real estate company as a graphic designer and I have been working there for 1 year. My salary is Rs. 12,000. I asked them to increase my salary because they are taking graphic as well as digital marketing and sales work from me. Now they have sent me an increment letter in which they have increased the salary to Rs. 15000 but have also given me the sales target. Please help me And my salary doesn't come on time and apart from that they bother me. Apart from this I had also mailed for resignation but they asked me to take back the resignation. I also took back the resignation at their request and now they are threatening me that if you resign then we will take legal action against you. My question was, as my job is as a graphic designer, can they put a sales target in my increment letter.

no they can not put any extra workload than as per your appointment. they cannot force you to withdraw your resign.

Hello Sir You must contact a lawyer in your city and get your employment agreement reviewed. A better advice could be given after examining the employment agreement. Although you could send them a legal notice if they are threatening. Thanks Please rate if you find this advice helpful
