I was an intern in a Company for 2 months. It was a paid internship and amount was clearly mentioned in offer letter. I have done my job and received internship certificate for the same. But did not received any stipend and company has not paid me stipend for 4 months now. What should I do? I am very worried. I talked to manager he said rudely, "Go Sue me" i have his recording. ?? Please help me

Dear client I am sorry to hear that but in this case you may approach you nearby police station and file a complaint against that form would over you can directly approach the court for enforcement of the partial agreement that you and the form have based on the offer letter.
