I am selected in Railway group D exam. In the document verification time, they asked OBC non creamy layer certificate. I submitted it but they want the certificate before the closing date of application (2018 march 31). I don't have the certificate with that date. My certificate issued in 2019. Back date certificate is not given by the thaluk officer. Is there any legal chance to get the job?

Dear Sir, You may submit the present certificate of 2019 and if rejected or even otherwise you may approach High Court to issue a direction to the railway board to accept your OBC Certificate. Please give me rank after viewing my details. Please call me for further assistance.
