PF Amount Transfer Issue

I'm Kush. My PF transfer amount has not been transferred from the old PF account - Chennai to my new PF account - Mumbai, It has been almost nearing 4 years now. Have raised multiple grievances via EPFO Portal but no luck, they keep on replying - Your Claim has been rejected due to: 1) PF ACCUMULATIONS HAD ALREADY BEEN TRANSFERRED OUT TO new pf account. Also, raised RTI on Mar 2020, received a reply - The RTI NO.144 the reply has been dispatched vide no.197 sent to the member - Not sure what that even means, Kindly advice me to help get back my hard earned money.
