Private Engineering College Terminated My Services

I was an approved assistant professor of an Engineering college in Pune. I was terminated by college in 2019. Last year I filed delay condonation and delay was condoned considering Pandemic situation. My appeal was filed in March 2021. Till date I am just waiting for written statement by opposition lawyer. I requested to judge every time to direct opposition to submit request but he is totally ignoring my request. Even he did not accept the Petition request I filed. It is more than 9 months and the written statement is not filed. What should I do .
