Regarding Gratuity And Pending Wages

If Employee has filled case for Gratuity in Labour court, after consecutive hearing decision declared in favor of employee (employer have never attended hearing in spite of several reminders by Labour court) and the court have instructed for sum of the amount to be paid within 30 days of notice but the company has not paid and after few months employee have filled and submit FORM-T for recovery, the court has issue show caused notice to the establishment to reply within 20days if they have filed any objection Or appeal. Now, All most 3 months over. from the show cause notice issued by Labour court. 1. What will be the steps of the court. Is there any timeline for Labour court to issue a certificate as per Form-T? 2. Is the court accepts any appeal Or objection after the deadline from the employer. 3. What should employees have to do for real-time updates or getting the amount of gratuity? Thanks in advance?
