No dilshad! There is no such rule. But if management has no issues and there are open position as per your education and experience then you can apply for the open positions. point to be noted that mere applying for a job does not mean that you deserve to be selected. It will be a decision of employer whether they want you back at work or not. hope it helps you to make a decision.
Hello Sir If the vacancy is available in that particular department and state government is relieving you from services. - As per law, an employee cannot rejoin the same job ,once the resignation is accepted, because when the resignation is accepted , then there is no relation between employee and employer.
