Salary Arrears

I was joined in a company on 18.03.2019. On joining day they did not given offer letter and appointment order. They write my salary on my resume on interview time for Rs. 35,000/-, but till now(i.e.30.06.2021) they given only Rs.30,000/-. They terminated me without any cause. Now I am asking them ( 3 Members of Partners) to clear my arrears from my joining date. Salary is credited to the bank. I am having Bank statements from my joining date. Now they are not responding my phone. Please clarify if i go through legal notice to the company. Nearly that arrears amount is Rs. 1,00,000/- .(I am not having any joining or offer or experience certificate). Can I succeed in the case or not.
