Can I sue my employer for not providing relieving letter, experience certificate, non settlement of F&F and Gratuity.? Still am not able to claim my PF withdrawal because of these issues. MOU was given by employer for my pay scale structure and it was not followed by them. I have sent a mail to employer seeking explanation and I was not notified. After waiting over a period of time I have put my resignation mail with immediate effect. They have not provided me any relieving letter, experience letter and still not settled my F&F. I have worked nearly 6 plus years in that organization.

To initiate the process you have to serve a detailed legal notice to the Employer and then Approach the Labour Conciliation Officer for the purpose. The matter will be got resolved. Hi, You can serve them with legal notice to provide you with the necessary documents. If they refuse, you can file a suit in civil Court for breach of contract.
