Termination Notice For Government Job Working Since Last 5 Year

A waiting candidate filed a case oppose to me and selection commission. I scored more marks than her. We both are claiming benifits of female reservation.I did not have a non creamy layer certificate on date of documents verification and selection commission give me opportunity to submit it on next day I submitted it and selection commission give offer letter. I successfully completed my 4.9 months service. Now the court give result to terminate me.on basis of second day submission of non creamy layer certificate but this certificate is valid as per criteria mentioned in advertisement
