Hi, First send a legal notice to our employer regarding this. Then you can go ahead and approach the Labour Commissioner. If your matter is still not resolved, file a case in the labour court. If you find this helpful do rate us.
Send legal notice to your employer. Go for Arbitration. allmost all employement contracts provided by employers have a clause that provides for taking the matter to arbitration, in case of conflict you can take a matter to arbitration if your issue not resolve through arbitration then you can approach to labour commission of your district. Approach the labour commissioner the labour commission will help resolve the issue between you and employer.. IF your complaint is not resolved by the labour commission you can file a complaint in labour court.
