In mine absense there was a raid by Visilence team and no line was connected to any pole as there is no line we along with neighbour using rental generator yet they considered the wire to generator as out of meter and filed a case under 135 and now have sent fine for 2.6 lakhs when we started living in Sep and raid was in March. It's been seven months that I am running to their offices as now when we spent 3 lakhs for transformer they rejected connection on my wife name as she is registered owner saying that there is an FIR and dues on mine name.

Hello Sir If you believe that the the FIR filed by the electricity department is false, then you have all right to approach the High court under section 482 of CrPC for quashing of FIR.
