    Dear Sir, You may lodge police complaint or file a civil suit and claim damages. You must prove such intellectual property belongs to you and it was stolen.

    Dear Sir, If you have registered the patent or having copy right then you can get issue a legal notice and then approach Civil Court for necessary damages.
