A Netflix user can see the "trending" recommended list on his homepage. There is no data provided to the user on why the top 10 trends are in the top 10. So according to the present information, Netflix can and may already be lying to its users about the top shows, to entice them into watching them. Is it not misleading the customer. Are there any legal remedies.
