My father's brother files a case against my father and my property. My father is a businessman and my father's brother was a job holder. We did not divide ancestral property (grand father property). My brother using the agricultural lands of the family and making money. For that money only they buy all these properties there are trying to prove. but my father gave all lands to farmers for free usage. How can we prove it?
