You can adopt the two options available to you. Under Criminal Law you can File a Complaint for Defamation and prove it for Criminal act and punishment. Madam , For Character Assignation you can file Defamation Case further you have two opition one under Criminal act you get them prosecuted. Two under Civil Law you can seek Damages in terms of money.
